That's near 5 years, quite a bit, think most of Europe will get there naturally within the next few years due to IP exhaustion, think Asia will have the same and they'll probably beat the targeted timeframe.

IPv6 adoption in business and government is where the challenges lie, and then especially that last 10% that require the legacy protocol to work. IPv6 single stack means eradicating all of IPv4. It is a significant challenge that will require regulation even in the west

@webafrica now sitting at 48% IPV6 adoption, @AfriNatic have shot up to 10%. Good things happening at these two. One can only hope Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, CellC and the others can catch a wake-up. (CoolIdeas?.... too much to ask)

Yes but it's the same for IPv4 also. CGN makes it a bit ticky but still there.

Pretty much that is why all ISPs have it in the terms. That said if someone alledge you comitted a crim it still needs to be proven. Your IP is not proof.

No idea but I think it will be static or dhcpv6 don't think it will be via pppoev6.
