What that woman does is in IMHO un-Islamic.
Islam forbids the killing of innocent people whatever the circumstances.
If its a war, then you may defend your rights and your religion but to get people to do your dirty work is not a Jihad. Thats a coward.
I have read the translation of part of the Holy Quraan and it states that there are true believers that will put their lives at risk to fight for freedom and then you get the people that claim to be true believers and make an excuse when the time to fight comes. That is in effect a Hipocrite.
If that women wanted to free people from tyranny or injustice, she should have taught those girls/ladies what true Islam is and not what her own opinion of it is/was.

The greatest Jihad that a muslim can fight is the Jihad of ones self.
To restrain from doing anything wrong or sinful, ie, Not speaking bad of others, not being selfish and greedy, exercising patience at all times and being thankful to God for giving what he has given.

If that woman could not cleanse her own heart and mind, she has not won her own personal Jihad, rather, she has tarnished her religion by considering her own opinion of the situation to be correct.

Dude, try your own personal Jihad yourself and see how not easy it is.
Also please note my selection of words,
She has issued an apology but I guess she may be correct.
and not "yes, I am sure that she definitely is 100% correct"
