Well look at it, he could have victimized for not using the pronouns or refusing to use the pronouns, but everything after that is his own doing.
It's also amusing that he mocks a child in class but demands his rights/beliefs be respected? Just my observations.

Calling a person by their biological pronouns isn't mocking them. It is just reality.
You are justifying the government using force to compel someone to say something.

Not at all, he can call a kid whatever he wants and mock anything in class if he feels comfortable.
The part that got me was: 'It is insanity that I will be led from this courtroom to a place of incarceration, but I will not give up my Christian beliefs.'
What beliefs are those, and why are they part of his plea?

Well it doesn't matter what he calls them, using the state to compel someone to say something, especially if that thing is objectively untrue, is wrong.
No pronouns in "father/son/holy spirit."

But equally having delusions that goes against a organizations or states principles is also bad? The teacher is under no more obligation to call the kid a them/it than a kid is to impress an imaginary ghost?
I don't agree with the disciplinary on the teacher, but I do agree with him making the situation worse - they asked him to stay away and he refused. He was effectively jailed for not following instructions, not for what he called a kid in class.

If the kid was suspended from school but kept pitching up, they may have been sent somewhere

What he said^ not sure how God can be referred to "He" anyway as he lacks the biological functions that make it male? I mean does God have chromosomes, genitals, hormones, etc?
If God had to run in a race, what category would He go into? Or what bathroom would He use?

He's the father but's also said everyone is a manifestation of God. I'm no expert on religious matters and often refrain from the topic.

They absolutely can be when they are done for the wrong reason.
If you actually believed that, then you would have no issue with the incarceration rate of black people in the US because all court orders are perfectly just and equitable at all times across all of history.
