No, if you can make it illegal for doctors to perform surgeries on children, you can make it illegal for schools/institutions to have any kind of religious syllabus, this is my point - you called my approach a Chinese dictatorship?

Of course there will still be people that teach religion or that have surgeries, but the point is that it is regulated and mostly banned.

so shape shifter is sitting there trying to blame everyone else - and somehow seems surprised he has to take hormones for his remaining days, and use a dilator to exercise the undercarriage.
the various doctors & psychologists would have told him this - but somehow also wants to try blame the surgeon, when in fact there is a multi-disciplinary medical team involved with any reassignment surgical procedure.
