Are we meant to pick our first choice?

Kerrygold. Couldn't afford that lurpak stuff. President is good also. That's what I buy in Angola and DRC

I use a minimal amount of butter, but when I do it's Kerrygold over Lurpak. I haven't tried President.

Old thread resurrection.

I have been bouncing from butter to butter trying to find the best butter for my tastes for years now until I tried Lurpack and later Kerry Gold.

South African butter is not really good, and I have tried a few.

I got stuck on Lurpack--absolutely creamy and very tasty.

This month, after countless reviews that suggested Kerry Gold is better than Lurpack, I tried Kerry Gold. Disappointment is an understatement. I just don't know what those many reviewers were tasting in Kerry Gold.

Lurpack is by far the best butter I have ever tasted.
