This isn't legally correct reporting.

Sekunjalo has emerged (from amongst others) from the bidding process as the preferred bidder for the assets. INM and Sekunjalo have now entered into heads of agreement to finalise the key terms.

Its a far cry from actually having sold INM SA as is reported, as no definitive, binding and unconditional sale agreement has yet been entered into. Negotiations could yet fall down.

Isn't it sometimes amazing how much money politically connected people have in South Africa. I'm just glad I don't read any newspapers. If these people are willing to benefit financially from their political connections then I can just imagine what they would do with a newspaper.
