Is 3G dead in Bloem ???

I am trying to connect to 3G with my p990 . could always do this. now as from about 6 o clock I am unable to connect. the little triangle that shows data link (above signal strength) does not turn blue. and 3G icons shows.

I get the following error message :

error 734: The PPP link control protocol was terminated.


please help ???
