Is 3Gb, 6Gb and 9Gb cap really that bad?

Robin hood, I wouldn't go that for to go to 56k.
Telkom ADSL is fast and I know the cap sucks but 56k is SO S L O W. So while yuo're not capped ADSL is a dream[:D][8D][8D][:)]
