IS accounts

Just wanna know, with these 30G local cap IS accounts, is ALL the bandwith IS, or just the cap. ie. Will i be going through SAIX for my 5G international cap, tehn transfered to IS for my 30G local?

Need to know for speed/ping related issues

So you saying that SAIX doesn't even come into this? The bandwidth is all through IS?

Yep local bandwidth is managed by IS aswell as International bandwidth.

ie. if SAIX is down, IS wouldnt be down.
