Is anybody having network problems?

My speed sucks local and international on both IS and SAIX, is anybody experiencing the same? I'm just trying to narrow it down, and see if it's not my line

Yip, cant ping International sites wihout getting a few RTO's. Funny thing IS dont seem to know about it, I called, they answered, "everything is fine and dandy"
