Is book depositary a trustworthy online store?

Considering buying something from book depositary, however I did read a very bad review of them on hello peter. Just wondering if anyone here has used them before and had a good experience?

Free shipping means it's coming via Post Office so...doesn't seem worth the hassle & the books don't look a whole lot cheaper than local anyway.

I've seen that one and takealot but both are out of stock so it could take a while before it gets delivered. I need it for my wifes birthday. I'm still waiting on a reply from a few book shops. Just wanted to know about the credibility of that site. Thanks for the help though
