Paulshoff is not too bad btw, just need to know how far 'in' the place is
i.e. if its past the nature reserve dont bother, and don't even look at anything adjacent main road or close to if u don't want breakins/informal settlement round the corner there . The Advantage of Paulshoff (well side right next to Sunninghill) is bigger places (if older). Uhm.. with regardsto Sunninghill there a few to avoid like Chianti (Bus stoo + builders warehouse right there.. i remember there was a shootout at builders when it was further down the road).
Uhm.. btw new places are great for dodging transfer duties etc but do realize that the new places are significantly smaller from what i've seen and some are just done so badly it looks like cape town municipal flats hahaha
meh.. i'm still looking for something good.. saw one the other day in Sunninghill but the places was designed crappy.. or like others where the tenants have taken their toll..
