I had this bugger infect my home pc, but I then got hold of Avast home, and it pretty much got rid of the thing and it's associated dll's and other random exe files.

There isn't much info on this thing that I could find, nor for another thing that infected my server at work.

Wonder what damage it does?

Amvo.exe, a trojan originated from Taiwan. Obfuscated several times a day to evade antivirus detection (I followed the source for months to collect samples and worked on statistics). Good detection from Avira thought (Stupid writer always use one encryption software which Avira has generic detection on it). This thing is very very popular overseas (Asia), don't know how you got it but probably from a infected flash drive(I assume you don't visit Chinese websites).

Just a normal trojan which steals your online games' password and login details. But more specific popular online games in Asia.
