Is it normal for Estate Agents to charge a fee for lease renewal?

Lexity: Let me put word in mq's mouth so that my loony theories sound real and plausible.

I don't need your help, sonny. I don't live in an attempted anarchistic dreamland like you do.

I live in the real world and made a success out of it without toppling world governments and forming hippy communes...

Good bye.
They just passed the Expropriation Act, for crying in a bucket, which comes with open-ended conditions.

You clearly don't live in the real world, you live in a bubble where you don't have to pay attention to incentives and to historical precedent, let alone a direct threat on your property.

Like an entitlement-minded little brat, you will just sponge off those of us who take the threat seriously and openly speak out strongly against what is happening right before our eyes.
