Hey all,

So I’m sick and tired of TT Connect and their rubbish support. There is currently a problem on my port and they keep having to have to reset it for my internet to come back.

So far, it’s happened about 8 times in the past two weeks, with the last few times happening on Thursday, Friday and today. I call them, they reset and it happens again. They just don’t want anyone to come my switch and fix it! But my next door neighbout is perfectoy fine and has no issues!

I am sick and tired of them not actually treating the problem. Tbh, I’m just sick and tired of TT Connect and I want them out this complex. Is it possible to have them removed and have someone else take over?

Also, I can’t even contact them on Sundays, so my line is down. Yay...

You need to escalate the matter to the body corporate of the complex, if nothing is fixed then find out if other people are having problems and then approach the body corporate to consider changing the fibre company

Thanks for the reply. Looks like I’m going to have to ask around the complex. But the fact they don’t wish to do anything right now except for resetting my port is beyond ridiculous. I just end up wasting minutes on my phone calling them, and when it back up, I know it’s going to go down again the next day (which has been happening in most cases).

Who is your ISP you should be escalating to them?

Cool Ideas is my ISP. They do a great job in reporting the issue to them. But TT Connect are so bad, they only get back to you in like a week, no matter how much Cool Ideas escalates the issue.

Yip agreed CISP are a great bunch of guys and they really understand the industry and issues, we are not on TTConnect as yet but plan to be in the future, I hope you can get this sorted with them or perhaps reach out to PBCool.

I’ll probably send PBCool a message, but it will probably result in TT Connect resetting my port again and then I’m back to square one.

OP, this topic came up at a meeting I was in regarding one of TT's other complexes. We might have a solution. I'll let you know.
