Is it possible to use PAYPAL for STEAM purchases in SA?
It just doesn't seem to be an option any which way you try

You used to be able to use paypal (Its the way I used to do it) but they changed it a couple of years ago and so you cannot use paypal anymore

Unfortunately not - not sure why they removed it - CC, Skrill or Bitcoin only :<
