I 've got an idea. If I apply 3gig service from telkom, i cancel it after 7 days but I using more than 3 gig until hardcapped. Telkom will only charge me 7 days subscribtion fee. And i going to registered another new 3gig account again online. And keep going on cancel and apply again.

At last, we only pay R249 for 40 gig if you lucky(not capped by Telkom).

Is it work? anyone try before? Will they know you do the tricky things??

Well considering it takes them months to cancel account and debit orders, I am guessing that it won't work. Not because they are competant but because they are too incompetant. So you can't cheat them because they're just too dumb :/

It won't work. They stupid, but not that stupid. They probably have systems to monitor this.

You get billed month to month your first month is pro-rata and I think you need to notify a month in advance to cancel.
