IS my RB433 crocked if LED 501,502+503 stay on

Hi All. On my Mikrotil RB433 the LED 501, 502 +503 stay on, 504 stays off. This is just after booking. I am unable to connect using winbox via eathernet.

Is the board dead ?

Put a serial cable on it and see what it says when it boots up.
