I guess the title says it all. I can connect at work, but not at home. Newbie, so can anyone explain why? Is it different ISP's? What newsgroups does iBurst support, then?

I would think that IBurst would have its own news server, just as UUNet does and SAIX does.

An ISP will normally restrict access to its news server to its clients. Try nntp.uunet.co.za for iBurst.
