Is no one getting slow speeds on Vodacom fibre or Rain LTE?

Im in the eastrand and both give me less than 512k at the moment but my upload speeds are normal (20+mbps)

It looked like it was fixed just after 7am, can you confirm? My Rain LTE seems fine now (at least not getting 0.01)

Not going to switch back to the vodacom fibre just yet since it's unstable AF
