Is it just me or is it really crawling? Local and international are up to shit. There's no clouds in Jhb, the sun isn't too bright, what the hell could it be

Anybody have a copy of the IS excuse book?

yup - IS and SAIX by the looks of it... ofcourse its Telkom's fault. Blame them - they have a recently installed throttling bandwidth controlls in one of our country's zoo's - i guess they will try anything for cheap labour to keep the money in their back pockets, and the bandwidth at a standstill......
