Is Telkom supplied Huawei router Telkom locked

Hi there.

I just run out of data on my Telkom suppllied Huawei router. I have a portable router I bought from Axxess and it has an Axxess sim card on which I still have almost 4GB. Well, I have a lot of data left on Axxess and put in the Axxess card in the Telkom router. It has signal but stays disconnected. This will be very disappointing if it is Telkom locked.

Can you please confirm or help with a workaround?

No, I changed nothing. :erm: Did not even think about it. So I need to change the Telkom settings to the Axxess settings?

You need to change the APN to axxess for it to work.
