Fact is the DTI is in a conflicted position, and therefore the NCC should not be housed under it's banner, it should be completely independent and directly funded by gov like any other department! Watch how quickly they're(DTI) are going to get rid of her(the commissioner)!

Now there is a prime example of an oxymoron that is worthy of unseating "military intelligence".

As for the NCC and enforcing the CPA, the DTI does appear to be preventing the CPA from being enforced, and I doubt that will change with Mamodupi's successor, not that I have any confidence in Mamodupi. Yet another matter for The Constitutional Court and the cANCer's Moegoe Moegoe.
