is the solar rebate still on.

I read somewhere that the eskom rebate stop. But did it stop or is it still on. I have finally decide to use the sun to give me hotwater, that is if Welkom does have water. If it did stop, I was wondering to install it myself.

Department of Energy is supposed to start offering rebates again but nobody can say when that will be or if it is actually going to happen.
