Is there an ADSL line only option when getting a line from Telkom?

I currently have an iBurst Wireless internet and want switch to an ADSL internet connection. As far as I understand, you NEED to buy a package from Telkom where it includes both voice and data monthly rental fees. Is there any arrangement one can make for ONLY an ADSL rental fee per month as I do not require a voice line?
