And does it work on any car(their list of supported card seems to only have certain classes)? I have a stock standard Nissan Almera 2004.

I am a firm believer in Turboflo
I have used it in two of my cars (Ford Focus 2.0 2003 and Volvo S40 T5 2006), and both had decreased fuel consumption.
I could get an extra 100km per tank after fitment
On the volvo it also decreaseef turbo lag

If it worked so well Mr AntyAnts, please explain why all cars are not fitted with them as standard from the manufacturers then?

Yes, its a scam. There was a website that did a thorough test of all of these sorts of devices. Some had no effect, a lot made fuel consumption worse. Dont bother.

It works while doing doughnuts at Stonehenge on the day of the summer solstice during the age of Aquarius.

But it must be a black Trabant with a crystal hanging from the rear view mirror else all bets are off.

You guys are all just hates. They really do work! I bought 3 of them and fitted them onto my polo gti in series and now the fuel consumption is 2l/100km and I can beat ferraris around a track!

IT WORKS.
Works like this. You drive normal all the time, sometimes like crazy. Then you buy a Turbo-flo and you prove to yourself how well it works so you drive cool n calm, upchange quicker, cruise in top-gear without rushing and when you compare your previous results, you KNOW its the turbo-flo.

As has been pointed out before if these devices worked the manufacturer's would incorporate them as standard equipment because fuel efficiency is a MAJOR selling point for manufacturers.
