Scan with erasing delays on existing data will give quick answer (Victoria for Windows). It will rewrite existing data with the same information giving chance to repair and relocate sectors. Selecting destructive option will write over bad sectors too. However rewriting entire surface with zeros, this is what I would do on this drive. Secure erase even better, as it is handled internally by the firmware.
