Soweto owes Eskom billions so they should be the worst.
Actually, they should be cutoff permanently.

And why are Africans using electricity when they want to decolonize everything.

“In the Pimville area, Eskom has around 24,700 registered customers; however, 70% (about 17,300) of these customers do not buy electricity. The causes of power interruptions in Pimville are vandalism, cable theft and illegal connections, which result in an overloaded network,” he said.

Maybe they could start by paying for it

I know , when an transformer pops, eskom leaves it for 3 days, then go and remove all the ilegal stuff, then only switch back on.
Luckily they say if cyril promise to ..... then they will vote for what they always vote for.

Eskom is acting with a typically racist neo-colonial mindset. They should simply leave the good people of Pimville to decolonise the electricity grid

Lol suburb? It's a township...
The majority of houses in the area seem to look like low-to-middle-income housing except for the Western side of the suburb which seems to be RDP housing.
Not bad for a township.

Time to buy everyone a bicycle. There's a lot of peddling to do.

F me... And they complain? Now that's chance-f**kitry on a grand scale.
It's embarrassing really.
