I was wondering what this board thought of these two ADSL options? Personally my experience with IS has not been amazing - excessive packetloss and downtime either internationally or to/from SAIX. But from what I've read here SAOL doesn't have a great rep either. What are your opinions?
SAOL package their offerings in different contention ratios. Do the ratios make a real difference, or is it just marketting?
Basically I'm after a service that offers a static IP and that is preferably uncapped. Are there any options out there other than these two?
