Cool makes sense :)

i do know however, that the ISP's are very capable of throttling the torrents etc...
if it is so illegal, then why don't they throttle such connections to Netflix and Hulu etc so it would be too painful for users use illegally and they won't bother lol....obviously i would'nt want them to because i love my netflix, im just saying the ISP can't exactly just leave all users to do their own thing.....Parents are still responsible for their kids at school even thought their are teachers watching them!

I know this will come-off stupid (uneducated), but why would anyone consider a pay service, which said service will gladly accept payment, be considered illegal? And why are we even entertaining such nonsense?

Because it's a quality, affordable, convenient service with a huge selection that actually supports the industry, vs piracy which doesn't.

Same with torrents: if you're just going to watch the movie, and not burn it to DVD and sell it at a traffic light, do what thou will.

Generally speaking, even in the rest of the world, downloading it isn't what gets you in shyte, it's when you start re-seeding the content that they come at you hard.

So are we now safe to cancel our UnoTelly subscriptions since Netflix is allowed in SA?

Why would you want to?
Unotelly opens up the whole world's content, and on more than Netflix.

I use it for BBC iPlayer, SkyGo, Netflix (US Region Spoof), iheartradio etc...

I wouldn't.

With Unotelly you can switch Netflix regions so you have access to all the content.

Unotelly also lets you access other services like Hulu, BBC iPlayer, Spotify etc.

So is using Netflix still piracy? Now that they have launched here? :p
