Does anyone play local games with ur IS accounts, do u get lag spikes, whenever i play dota with IS i lag alot, with saix its perfect!! Anyone else experience this?

Not experiencing anything like that. I've played both css and dota on my IS account and have have never experienced anything like that.

I've played Quake3 on kalahari.co.za server with IS account, Get pings of 40ms +- (never spikes above 50ms) .

They should be exactly the same. They use the same infrastructure locally.
