ICASA makes as if they don't know anything or is still working on issues.
End Result. Public pays HUGE International prices, gets shaped to hell, and low usage Capping on International and on Local. Local is suppose to be uncapped. I mean u pay for your Rentals so that telkom can maintain their infrastructure on the on the network, basically giving you connectivity to the network. Thats whot your Linerentals is going for..
