It seems that there is quite a lot of internet service providers in SA. I found this one in Stellenbosch, namely Adept
As I understand it, this ISP is connected to 3 back-bones (not sure if this is the correct term). Namely UUnet SA, Internet Solutions and SAIX.
If I am correct and they are connected to these back-bones, wouldn't they be suppling South Africa with the best internet connection avialable?
If anyone has an account with Adept please comment
