I'm still not convinced his speech falls into that of hate speech............it's such a fine line. I mean it's completely crass and offsides, but it really doesn't fall into the extreme realm of hate speech i think.

I am sure a case can be made for both but he wasn't exactly calling for the extermination of homosexuals........

lets forget the religious stuff, is what he said "hate speech".............even in Aus i cant see it being landed in my view.

I saw you posting to heart's content in the other thread. Just assumed you are ignoring this one. Dono what meeting you're in to be able to part take in one discussion but not another. But that's just me.

Issue comes he was warned before about this conduct by his employer. Just last he got reprimand , still went ahead and did it again.

They gave him a chance to reform.

there sees to be focus on his comment which included, but was not focused on homos.

i for one, as a homo in this thread really do not give a rat's arse as to his statement, i'm not offended and he is entitled to his opinion on "my ilk".
