An illegal dumpsite...and they moan 'cos the council does not come "and collect it".

A piece of road, that is clearly in the first phase of repair, is now suddenly a pothole.

People not paying their bills for years and years....moaning 'cos their water is choked to a trickle.

What a joke.

you surely are a know it all, probably wouldnt set foot in poorer communities but somehow knows all the underlying problems.
