Job description
General customer service including phone and email (must have a good command of English language and be comfortable/confident on the phone)
Finding alternative products for customers if suppliers don't have stock of an item that we've ordered
Advanced sales/sales queries (eg - what router do you have that will support bonded ADSL lines)
Assisting customers with order exceptions (eg - late orders, tracking not working, payment not going through)
Sourcing 'non regular' products for customers (eg - please quote me on a box camera with 50x zoom)
Arranging collection of faulty products from customers
Checking returned products for faults and returning them to suppliers for repair/credit
Following up on returned products and giving feedback to relevant customer
Arranging custom orders (eg - ordering a custom built PC and building it once it arrives)
Dealing with exceptions (eg - driver being delayed at supplier, wrong stock received)
Sending Quotes/invoices to customers on request
Dealing with walk in customers (eg - helping them understand the difference between a chromecast and Roku streaming player)
General management (making sure driver is on time, orders have gone out, courier inquiries etc)

Requirements
Computer/networking queries (eg - what is the difference between CAT5E and CAT6, or testing a wireless repeater to see if it works). Require computer knowledge. A+ or similar qualification
Inverter queries (eg - how many items can I run on a 600W inverter). Require basic mathematic skills and google skills to be able to find specs/wattages
CCTV Queries - requires basic knowledge such as analogue vs IP cameras, etc
Basic AV knowledge - HDMI, streaming, Netflix, etc
Personal Skills/Attributes
Quick thinker/fast paced worker
Ability to think out the box when needed (initiative)
