it's expected that tech support would be at the bottom of the list. new techies go in all wide eye...and after a few months of dealing with users...they slowly take on the roll of BOFH and the PFY.

He is busy with an HTML tutorial so probably a job interview. He has no idea what amount of happiness awaits him once he realises he doesn't have to dress like that every day.

So basically the survey says that the more contact there is with the "average user", the less happy the worker is going to be.

I dont think PMs are always happy coz they forever stressing on projects doing well and meeting deadlines, surely us SysAdmins are much happier

damn, I never seen a PM stress on a project doing well. hate to see how they are when a project is not doing well.
