iTalk branches and their uselessness

If anyone is on iTalk and is thinking of doing any changes i.e. applying/cancelling anything, i recommend you rather email them directly and sort it out yourself than rather go into the shops.

I tell you why. I cancelled my bundle at the cavendish branch and the lady said she would fax it through. Lovely for me i found out im getting billed for it this month since the request didnt go through and they are telling me i must pay since no request was sent. I have therefore had to do all the documentation and faxed it off myself and what you know, request went through an hour later.

R210 down the drain :mad:
