Its absolutely impossible to get hold of Mtn Legal.....!!!

hi all,

just wanted to share a situation with you guys,
i have a chq a/c that i use for my direct debts, and a savings a/c for all my access that i save in the month.
so my chq always has a low amount before my salary comes in. there was a problem at work and my salary came in few days late, so my vodacom, mtn and multichoice a/c got returned..

vodacom: popped in store, paid it up and voila my contract up and running.
ds tv: used the fancy machine n paid with my card, no q and my dstv up and running immediately.

Mtn: oh my god.. its now been 3.5 months.. cant get hold of mtn legal.. been to 4 mtn stores, the stores at canal walk and vangate mall actually laughed at me n told me if i do get holdof them its a blue moon, as even when the mtn stores call no 1 answers. and i cant pay the a/c as i have to speak to mtn legal to get correct figure n then switch on my contract. im overdue by 3 mnths. becos i cant get hold of mtn...is this ridculous or whaaaat?? what kind of crap system they running
?

i have just given up..dont know wat to do... i phned from my office for days lasting hours n it just rings.. same thing at the stores, morning to evening.....

just thought i would share n ask if anyone els had same problem??

ironically,

when I was late in paying my bill by a few days
I called 808,
selected 0
and it somehow got redirected to legal.


alternatively call 808
0
then whomever answers ask them you would like the correct amount you can pay right now in order for them to open your lines.
then eft the amount while person still on the line.
and if they ask... email proof of payment.

personally I don't trust their debit order system, and have years ago cancelled that. I eft them every month.
If the post office ensures my bill is late, then I call 808, and pay while person is online

/not sure which area you are in...

their HQ is on 14th ave, a lil up the road from 14th ave checkrs hyper, roodepoort.
you can go there and see a person, if not toooo far from you.
