Two days ago Apple updated their T&C, isn't it related?. I haven't time to read it.

Yes, upon further investigation I've come to the conclusion that the claim that Apple Music would effectively incorporate iTunes Match is false.

What bitrate would iTunes radio be?

Im assuming the same 256kbs as a purchased item?

I don't see anywhere that it explains how to have only an Apple Music subscription and get the DRM-free music one would get with iTunes Match. That is what was being implied before Apple Music launched, that it incorporated the iTunes Match features. It has a similar feature, but one that includes DRM.

Depends.

Did you expect the streaming songs you download to and make available offline to be DRM free? In that case your expectations were way off.

Did you expect your own music that Apple Music uploaded to your personal Cloud to be DRM free when you download it again? That I can somewhat understand...but at the same time if it was your music in the first place that you ripped...it was DRM free already so where is the problem?

Apple Music streamed tunes that are made available offline HAS to be DRM'd...otherwise this service would never work.
