I think you also miss out on iTunes Radio, if you're into it.

The ebook selection on the SA store is dismal as well. I have both an SA and a USA account, there is nothing stopping you having both.

Yes having both can be useful but I have not needed to use my US account ever since they opened the SA store a bit more and included games. I find that the music catalogue in the SA is more to my liking in terms of oldies and local content, a wider selection than what I had with the US store. Granted I don't buy series or movies - wouldn't even if they had series due to my being limited to a mobile internet connection.
