Itunes store problem on mac help

Can anybody help me with a strange problem I am having with the itunes store on a mac. Have been in contact to useless apple support twice regarding this with no help. The itunes store is not loading correctly it seems to be pushing images to the left hand side and compressing it as if i was using a mobile phone or something. The people at apple told me to try load the itunes store on another mac users profile and see if that works, which it does. It is only my profile that it does this weird compression thing and I cannot use the store. Has anyone experience this before or knows how to sort it out?

That is very strange, never seen that happen.
The iTunes store is basically a HTML browser, so if you are getting weird errors like this, check you don't have some proxy settings / DNS issues. I've had it do weird things like not load css and images if i'm behind a corporate firewall.
The proxy server was borked and it made it do some odd stuff.

I dont think it is a proxy issues because the store works perfectly fine using another profile connected to the same network?

managed to fix this by resetting cache.
