So ivermectin from my understanding, what people want to use is not the vetenary nonsense, but the lice thingy thats used on humans. It's been used for years I'm pretty sure thats general knowledge... could be nonsense I dont know I'm not a doctor ...

So I find a bunch of studies that talk about doing trials with this.
Being poisoned was not one of the expected outcomes.
The outcomes based on their studies are positive though.

So if ivermectin was prescribed and applied by a doctor, are their studies indicating that it's useless?
How do they overshadow the results from other studies that say it has been successful?
Everything I find kinda points to either side is not proven.

This is the point of peer-reviews. A hypothesis is tested, repeatedly, under both identical and varying conditions in order to determine the validity of the hypothesis in question.
The great thing about the scientific community is that people not only get recognition for gathering evidence which illustrates their hypothesis as being correct, but even more so for proving themselves wrong. All the while, others are also designing experiments and testing the hypothesis in an attempt to prove it wrong.

The scientific method is the most sincere process we've discovered in order to understand the reality of our world. Could there be better systems? Maybe, but we're yet to find something which gives us such accurate and repeatable results.
