If he was to be offered a pardon, I would make it contingent that his revelations lead to the successful prosecution of at least 5 senior politicians/executives at SOEs within a certain timeframe, and the return of at least R40bn.... Appeals process time until completion +- 10 years (Comrade Zuma now 97 years old). Only then would we begin to seriously look at factors like age, health and so forth. Then who is the president holding presidential pardoning powers at the time? "Comrade" Zuma is never doing hard time.
