Boring and a lot of people going hungry now that the feeding scheme will have to end.Nkandla must be very boring again as people go back to their normal lives, it was good while it lasted.

Who cares about titles? as long as everyone understands he is the WMC puppet who captured the Great Liberation Movement and delivered it to the enemy. They call Cyril, arguably the worst ANC president of the lot, "His Excellency" too.
Mpofu should find himself disbarred and not allowed to practice after this.it would still be good for the High Court to smack down Mpofu's BS with extreme prejudice, award costs and put this jurisdiction fruit loops strategy to bed forever
regardless of the state of the facilities, he would want to have a firm grip on the soap in the shower
well he's not exactly a cat, but he sure is a pu$$y!
My best is how they refer to him as His Excellency ..
Disgraced former president of South Africa is what he is.
What a brilliant legacy for his Foundation and followers to tell - Forced to step down as president amid a truck load of fraud and corruption charges. Incarcerated for refusing to acknowledge the constitutional law of South Africa, after swearing an oath to uphold the constitution.
Selling out his country to the highest bidder, whilst his loyal followers live in abject poverty.
Yeah, Yeah I know it's the African way et-all but Jesus how blind can all these loyalists be FFS - Not the Gravy Train benefactors, but Joe Bloggs on the street !
That Nats would never have allowed that SH IT stain near the vier kleur.
Indeed, it must feel bad to be a member of the Inkandla Protection Unite right now, hope someone gives them a security tender after that showing, with Edward being their Manager.Boring and a lot of people going hungry now that the feeding scheme will have to end.
For what reason?Mpofu should find himself disbarred and not allowed to practice after this.
I am hoping Hermione & Co will do their job and soon bring another joy of Gupta's in Jail.Nkandla must be very boring again as people go back to their normal lives, it was good while it lasted.
The Judge has to rule. Even if only to get a piece of pink tape out of the store tie around the file.Is the High Court verdict tomorrow still relevant in any way ?
They all look the same.Meh! The pot calling the black. Explain to me the difference between Carl and Derek! I bet you can't.
If anything the ruling should give absolute clarity that a lower court cannot countermand the order of a higher one.The Judge has to rule. Even if only to get a piece of pink tape out of the store tie around the file.
One could argue for bringing the profession into disrepute...but then again...lawyers.For what reason?
Still making threats ....
He will do half the sentence meaning 7.5 months before qualifying for parole., but since he is doing a very small sentence and a very minor offense, in terms of the law, he might qualify for correctional supervision, which means 1/6 of the time inside the rest on correctional supervision / parole.@Convict
Sooooo you do have contacts, don't worry if some thing happens, I don't know you, you were never here.Additionally I will make sure you get awarded a mybb award for being awesome.
That said I am sure he is secure as shyte, for now at least, when things quite down, things may change, one judgement error or mistake could be the opportunity.
Since knowing prison system so well, any speculation how long he will be spending in prison. How long does he need to serve, will he get an expedited parole hearing, blah, blah.
If he does get out how is things going to change for him ?

For thinking a lower court has any sway over the higher court. For what reason?

Once he goes out on parole, he will be monitored for the remainder of the sentence, cannot leave the district where he lives unless asking permission, cannot leave the country unless the provision commissioner gives approval stuff like that.
If he serves even one month; I think we will be happy with that.
We need more people like Hanekom, now Mbalula should also jump in.
Testing.Best news of the week!
I might take everyone off my ignore list I’m feel that generous today![]()
