He's in jail for refusing to appear not sure why he would want to appear after being punished. They can't punish him again so he's not going back to the commission.
Every time he misses court he can get a contempt of court.

The commission isn't done so I'm sure he will have to go back to sit through the ruling.
Missing the commission will affect his parole.

Surely, it is new contempt, new sentence? Or once you commit murder and get 10 years, you can commit as many murders as one can with no additional penalty?
No.

If they ask him to testify again and he refuses again, he's refusing to testify against the same allegations.

He can't get punished again.

That's double jeopardy.

Parole option after a quarter of his sentence, not half.
Yes it seem the correctional service act makes provision for people doing less then 5 years

Correctional Services Act 111 of 1998 Section 73(7)

(c) If a person has been sentenced to imprisonment for—10(i) a definite period under section 276(l)(b) of the Criminal Procedure Act;(ii) imprisonment under section 276(l)(i) of the said Act;(iii) a period not exceeding five years as an alternative to a fine, the person shall serve at least a quarter of the effective sentences imposed or the non-parole period, if any, whichever is the longer before being considered for placement under correctional supervision, unless the court has directed otherwise.

The twat is probably lounging in the big rondawel having a fat chuckle.

I don't buy it until I see some sort of evidence.

That's double jeopardy.

Actually he can since its a new instance of contempt if he is given a new subpoena with a date and refuses to attend (though he can't as he is a ward of the state and they will be ordered to just bring him)

As is his not handing himself over by Sunday. He can be charged for that as well and get an additional sentence.

Only part of that I'm unsure of is the fact that him being in Westville was never ordered...

From what I remember committal orders were issued for Westville and JHB. Surely that counts as an order?
where are you getting specifically "Westville" from ?

Zuma was not in court for the ruling on Tuesday and has been ordered to hand himself over within five days to a police station in his hometown of Nkandla in KwaZulu-Natal province or in Johannesburg.
