where are you getting specifically "Westville" from ?

He could hand himself over pretty much anywhere, but the ConCourt issued committal orders for Westville and a prison in JHB as far as I'm aware.

To me it looks addressed to Westville authorities and doesn't say to remand at Westville. Surely Cele/Sitole would be head of all correctional services by default ? Or if one takes it to the letter, one could say Westville authorities are in contempt then? And Cele/Sitole could be sued for kidnapping ?

I am not 100% sure on it myself, largely why I'm asking the question...

And I doubt it would be a case of the Westville authorities being in contempt but possibly DCS itself since they're deciding where he gets housed.

At least from experience we know that in order for someone to be granted parole, they need to first express their deep remorse, and to allow the victims to have input as to whether they should be paroled.

^ true story.

That's a pretty long list of victims he's got!

I will never forgive those who have allowed this to happen.

In the very least he is secured for his appearance in the arms deal trial, yes, he has appeared so far, but the trial hasn't technically started due to the recusal application.

Yup, and he also has no choice but to go to the Zondo commission now,

He cannot be coerced into giving testimony at the Zondo Commission, but it can be given as an option to mitigate his sentence. In the case this is being tabled, the testimony is more likely to be written than to be given in Zondo's attendance. These mechanisms do exist and will be explored.

This may also mean that the public won't be party to the testimony, due to security reasons.
