If zume defies a court order, then he faces charges of contempt of court, a warrant of arrest being issued and being sentenced as prescribed.

Should the warrant of arrest not be executed or him being sentenced as prescribed, a legal precedent is set.

Every half baked attorney will turn to this precedent in defending their clients who have behaved in a similar manner - which in turn will cause chaos in the legal system.
