I agree that is a good ideal to strive for. Forget politicians, you are not even equal to me in terms of law depending on how much money or influence either of us have.

Remove the NPA from the minister of justice and establish it as a chapter 9 institution for starters. You would then further have to change the appointment process so you don't have politicians causing crap on the JSC or the political appointment of the PP like we've seen.

Yes and then I woke up ? In any case, current NPA is as good as you are going to get in terms of independence. If you don't like it, you can do exactly what I do. Type furiously.

It could be strengthened without too much effort, but probably with lots of political protestation...

I can totally see someone still insisting that the head is appointed by the President therefore they are still not independent.

In any country where the law is valued, I hope that Zuma knows that his social tirade does implicate complications. He is actively trying to sway public opinion, a sentiment which translates into the public interest. His problem being that online dialogue is not solely representative, but that is why he sets up a stage, attended by many, at any and all events he is publicly attending. Their plan being to be the champion, which goes beyond seeking public sympathy.

It is an attempt at being the people's choice, or end up drowning in it.

The EFF command instructed him well.

Where was I dishonest, please explain? O, you and your lapdogs can’t explain anything.

Did Zuma prepare you for your response? I suppose in your sense of view being matured will be burning down buildings, burning state / municipal buildings will correct all wrongs. I really feel sorry for you.

I really think the cowardly way out is exactly what you are doing.
