Its clear that there's still a good few Zuptoids in positions of influence in the ANC, and he's bound to have some dirt on them, but I think he's holding that because he's unsure of the outcome should he rat on them.
It would please me greatly if he were to spill the beans on Magashule. He certainly cannot spill any beans without implicating himself so it's a win win for us.

I really must find an article I bookmarked at work.

Zuma hated every second of being at the Zondo commission. He is going to have to go back soon as well.

I think, what we need to realise, is that for someone who once thought he ruled every facet of government, him losing power, and then going on trial, is incredibly humiliating for him.

For example, by all accounts, Robert Mugabe died a very, very bitter old man.

Zuma will be the same. A power hungry man who has now been reduced to finding money to defend himself from prison.

Some have said he has loads of money. Tell me when a proud "Zulu Chief " would ever post he had to sell hats and socks....

He was trolling, it has not come to that as yet.

He has no humility and is far from a proud "Zulu Chief"

His posts about him not having money is nothing more than getting free money from his supporters without having to pay for anything himself.

He is loaded, he is playing a game with all the fools and he would rather beg on twitter than spend any of his own wealth.

I don't for a second believe he doesn't have access to millions. Billions might stretch it a bit but he is definitely a multi-millionaire.

this trial is about the arms deal corruption from the 90's, nothing to do with state capture and the guptas.

And yet the ANC could not forsee this day
Everyone was being unfair to the man. It made sense to make him the organisations #1 at the time. The mind boggles.

maybe not the Guptas ... though I wouldn't really be surprised to find their grubby paws deep in the history of the arms deal even ... but
the arms deal was the first big public demonstration that anything our guavamint does or thinks is indeed for sale, that is the essence of state capture

To give Zuma his due, he only followed centuries of pre-colonial culture whereby any chief in the sub continent demanded payment from hunters, traders & other visitors in his territory. Nothing has changed and most purchases by government officials are channeled through friends/family to ensure a kickback.

As an aside, I remember reading a few years ago, probably on MyBB, that Zuma's ancestors had colluded with the British to ensure Cetshwayo's defeat at Ulundi.

This is just high court, right? Surely, this scammer will go to SC and then CC? I think he will be dead before all appeals are exhausted. Or he will be 85 when there will be calls for compassionate grounds and such nonsense.

Spot on! He'll delay and frustrate the process for ever.

Maybe but there has to be enormous amount of cash available to him at possibly nkandla locker. He is basically a beggar. When he was president, he was able to return favors. Now, he is not able to do anything as most of his fellow comrades are facing raids and prosecutions. Guptas are in dubai - only way he could get money from them is Hawala but I doubt guptas will send anything.

It's rumoured that he's sitting on Gadaffi's lost billions in cash and gold which he brought here to hide on a State visit, and which till today, hasn't been traced.

I have been thinking. The way to stop all these useless and pointless appeals is the following.

You do something wrong and are sentenced to 2 years. you waste a year on appeals. at the end of all your appeals the conviction is upheld. From the time you should have gone to jail to serve your sentence of 2 years, any time spent on appeals is then added to your sentence, so in the above case you would then serve 3 years in jail as you purposefully wasted a year of the courts time on an appeal you knew wouldn't go anywhere.

They could easily get him for something else like this...
Holy Cow! Hawks probe Supra’s R1,5m 'gift' to Zuma
North West premier Supra Mahumapelo gave Jacob Zuma a herd of cattle worth R1.5-million as a gift - and paid for it using public funds.
The cows, which should have gone to emerging farmers in the province, were delivered to Nkandla and signed for by Zuma himself.

Zuma is the South African version of OJ Simpson. I await some dragged out case and then found not guilty on some technicality.

This cows with public funds is nothing at all. Nothing happened to Zuma after spending 100x more than that of tax payer funds on his Nkandla dump and afaik hes making some tiny repayment on the total he stole , job well done.
